COMMERCIAL REQUESTS

  • Procedure for a request

All requests for a commercial idea using the photo, whether for profit or fundraising purposes, should be made in writing via e-mail to: . Please put the type of project you are considering in the subject line. In the body copy, please put as much detail as possible, including your anticipated deadlines, percentage of revenues earmarked for charity, and jpeg images of your concept, if available.

All requests are picked up by the legal department of North Jersey Media Group and reviewed by an internal committee. Concepts are also discussed and reviewed with the attorney representing the three firefighters. Upon review by all parties, you may be asked to provide more information.

All commercial ideas, if approved, require a written agreement. You will be contacted by legal counsel either from North Jersey Media Group or McCarthy & Kelly to execute an agreement if your concept is approved.

Please be patient. If you have a tight deadline, please note that we may be open to your idea, but not able to approve the concept on your deadline.
